*Welcome to the first week of the late season! Thank you for continuing on into the Late Season with us…let this be a reminder to you that this will be the first of 5 deliveries for you, bringing you right up to the week before Thanksgiving. If you have questions about your delivery location, be sure to get in touch so we can supply you with the info you need, and you won’t miss your first delivery.

*If you are not participating in the late season and do not want to continue to receive news from the farm then all you need to do is scroll down to the bottom of your email and hit unsubscribe…we have many people following the blog so it makes it very difficult for us to remove you from the list, so please help us out by doing it yourself, thank you so much!

*Jabrila wanted to share some information with you on an issue she is passionate about, and an organization that is working to make a difference. The campaign organization is called Support Local Food Rights and they are working to pass The Right to a Local Food System Charter Amendment, which is a proposed Lane County law whose purpose is to reclaim control of our local food system for the benefit of our local community, by creating a GMO-free zone in Lane County. If this is something that interests you then you can learn more by going to their website at SupportLocalFoodRights.org.

Last weekend was our annual Harvest Celebration and potluck and we want to thank everyone who came out to the farm to spend the afternoon with us.  If you couldn’t make it this time, we hope to see you at our open house in the spring! The day turned out to be rain-free and warm, which we were very thankful for!
